Marcus & Millichap Brokers $5M Sale of Tampa MF Property

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $5-million sale of Sanctuary Lofts, a 36-unit multifamily property in Tampa.

Located at 502 East Ross Ave., the property was originally built in 1910 as a church and expanded in 1923. In 2004, the property was converted to multifamily use. The property offers a rooftop patio with views of Downtown Tampa as well as a private courtyard. Unit interiors offer floor plans featuring black appliances, hardwood flooring, lofted ceilings, track lighting, 30-bottle wine coolers and in-unit washers/dryers.

Ned Roberts, Casey Babb, Luis Baez, Shawn Rupp, Adam Podbelski and Jason Hague of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was also a private investor.
