Marcus & Millichap Brokers $3M Sale of Retail Property in Fort Myers

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.2 million sale of Starbucks Chipotle, a 4,319-square-foot retail property in Fort Myers.

The property is located at 10010 University Plaza Drive in Fort Myers. Both leases for the two-tenant asset have nearly four years remaining on the original 10-year leases, and are both corporate guaranteed. Starbucks and Chipotle have over 30,000 and 2,500 locations around the world, respectively.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a Miami-based investor.
