Marcus & Millichap Brokers $15M Sale of St. Pete Beach MF Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $14.5 million sale of Sand Cove Apartments, a 72-unit apartment property in St. Pete Beach.

Located at 3813 Gulf Blvd., the 1970’s-built community is the largest multifamily neighborhood in St. Pete Beach. All units at the property feature water and pool views.

Ned Roberts, Adam Podbelski and Jason Hague of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a Florida corporation, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was advised by Roberts, Podbelski and Hague.

“This was one of the most difficult deals we’ve transacted on during our tenure at Marcus & Millichap,” said Hague. “Despite some major hurdles along the way, we were able to work as team to get this deal to the finish line. We ended up finding a buyer who shared our vision for the future potential of this asset, and we’re excited to see that vision executed over the next few years.”
