Marcus & Millichap Arranges Trio of Inland Empire MF Sales
Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of three multifamily properties in the Inland Empire totaling more than $9 million in value. Douglas McCauley and David Covarrubias held the exclusive listings to market the properties on behalf of the sellers. The buyers were also secured and represented by the broker duo.
The properties included:
– 170 South K St., a 23-unit apartment property in San Bernardino. The asset sold for $2,255,000 at a 5.59% cap rate. The asset features six studio/one-bathroom units, and 17 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units.
– Bella Apartments is a 36-unit apartment value-add property at 145 East 44th St. in San Bernardino. The asset sold for $3,650,000 at a 4.83% cap rate. The 1980-era property sits on a 1.77-acre lot comprised of 18 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 18 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units.
– The Courtyard Apartments is a 25-unit apartment property at 150 South San Jacinto St. in Hemet, CA. The asset sold for $3,125,000 at a 6.30% cap rate and features a mix of a studio, one, two and three-bedroom units.
