The buyer, a private investor, was also secured and represented by Valliani, Miller and Gomes. Jon Ruzicka, broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha – Northwest is located at 3330 North 104th Ave. in Omaha.  The 129-room, two-story interior corridor, Wyndham-branded property was built in 1981. It’s located 12 miles away from Eppley Airfield, the state’s largest airport.
