Marcus & Millichap Brokers $7M Sale of Indoor Adventure Park in Connecticut

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $7.2 million sale of Urban Air Adventure Park, an 84,200-square-foot, net-leased retail property located in Orange, CT.

Located at 260 Bull Hill Lane, the eight-acre property is occupied by Urban Air Adventure Park, an experience-based retailer offering active entertainment and special events experiences. The park offers climbing walls, obstacle courses, trampolines, zip line coasters, virtual reality experiences, indoor go karts, indoor skydiving, laser tag and bumper cars.

Brian Kaplan of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the buyer, a limited liability company. Derrick Dougherty and Mark Krantz of Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office represented the sellers, Gary Richetelli and Paul Kaplan of Bull Hill Associates.
