Marcus & Millichap Brokers $4M Sale of Medical Office Property in Cape Coral

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.7 million sale of Aspen Detnal, a 6,950-square-foot, medical office property in Cape Coral. The newly-built property has a tenant roster that consists of Aspen Dental and MD Now and is located at 2609 Santa Barbara Blvd N.

Jim Shiebler, Barry M. Wolfe, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale offices represented the seller, a national developer, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.

“We arranged the sale for 95% of List Price and also represented the buyer in the transaction,” said Shiebler. “This is the 2nd parcel sale that our team has successful executed for this development. The purchaser was attracted to this incredible location which is the 3rd parcel of a four-parcel assemblage that the developer spent two decades purchasing and combining.”
