Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2M Sale of Net-Leased Retail Property in Valrico

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.1 million sale of a retail property net leased to Express Oil Change in Valrico, FL.

The 4,395-square-foot building was built in 2006 and is located 15 miles from downtown Tampa at 3231 Lithia Pinecrest Road. The tenant had 14 years remaining on their original 20-year absolute triple net (NNN) lease. The lease is corporately guaranteed by Express Oil Change.

Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey of Marcus & Millichap’s Net Leased Properties Group represented the seller, an in-state private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was an in-state LLC.
