Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2M Sale of Bradenton Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.4 million sale of Sarabay Plaza, a 37,601-square-foot retail property in Bradenton.

Sarabay Plaza is located at 6513 14th Street West along the main North/South thoroughfare through Bradenton, US-41, which sees 47,500 vehicles per day.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, an individual/personal trust, in the transaction. The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was also secured by Medefind, Shiebler and Garner.
