Mansion Conversion Opportunity Lists in Lenox Hill

Ariel Property Advisors has listed 14 E. 69th St., an historic mansion conversion opportunity in the Lenox Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The property will be delivered vacant and is trading hands for the first time in nearly half a century.

“This kind of historic, luxury investment opportunity is rare,” said Matthew Gillis, investment sales director at Ariel Property Advisors. “The conversion flexibility and superior existing bones make this a valuable property for someone looking for a distinguished home in one of New York City’s most exclusive neighborhoods, where similar properties are pricing upwards of $2,500 per square foot.”

Gillis is representing the seller along with Howard Raber, Michael A. Tortorici, Shimon Shkury, Victor Sozio, Jack Moran and Matthew Swerdlow.
