Longtime Legal Tenant Renews at Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third

Fisher Brothers recently finalized a full-floor lease extension with Katsky Korins LLP at 605 Third Ave. The extension, which encompasses 19,871 square feet, will keep the law firm at 605 Third through mid-2032.

A 605 Third tenant since 1988, Katsky Korins is one of the longest-standing general practice law firms of its size in New York City. “Katsky Korins has been a valued tenant for over three decades, and we are pleased we could accommodate their move to new and upgraded space within the tower,” said Fisher Brothers partner Ken Fisher.

Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Clark Briffel. Katsky Korins was advised by Oliver Katcher of Indigo Property Holding, LLC.

Since completing a $25-million capital improvement program at 605 Third in early 2016, Fisher Brothers has secured more than 540,000 square feet of new leases and renewals. The tower is currently 99% leased.
