Long-Term Hold Ends on Stemmons Center

Estisam Inc. concluded its long-term hold on Stemmons Center, a retail property at 2629 N. Stemmons Fwy. in Dallas. The Dallas-based seller disposed of the 42,594-square-foot retail asset to a local, unnamed private buyer. Calvin Wong, CCIM and Daniel Eng, CCIM with Sperry Commercial brokered the transaction between buyer and seller. Estisam reportedly acquired the property in 1993.

The center is situated south of Dallas’ Medical District, and just northwest of the CBD. Built in 1979 and renovated during the seller’s hold, the property offers a mix of smaller tenants. The roster includes Minuteman Press, Maya’s Gems, Modes Jewelry, American Management Staffing, Padilla Gallery and Capform Inc.
