Loeb & Loeb Adds Strauss as RE Partner

Peter A. Strauss has joined Loeb & Loeb LLP’s real estate practice as a partner. He advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of transactions.

“Peter is a highly-skilled negotiator who has handled many of the industry’s most significant deals, and his practice covers a great breadth of experience,” said Raymond A. Sanseverino, national chair of Loeb’s real estate practice. “He is an excellent addition to our existing team, and we are extremely pleased to welcome him.”

Highlights from Strauss’ recent work include advising New York City’s largest office landlord on a 2.6-million-square-foot lease extension for a major financial services firm; representing a major professional sports league and its advanced media affiliate on a new headquarters lease covering 400,000 square feet at 1271 Ave. of the Americas; and representing the New York City Economic Development Corporation on its 220,000-square-foot lease at One Liberty Plaza.
