Loan Expert Joins Madison Realty Capital

Need a commercial real estate loan? Aryeh Friedman is the new managing director of originations at private equity firm Madison Realty Capital (MRC).

“His nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate finance and loan originations, combined with his strong industry relationships, will further enhance the lending programs we offer to clients,” said Josh Zegen, co-founder and managing member of MRC.

Friedman has over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. He headed up all Eastern U.S. originations for Romspen Investment Corp., a $2 billion Canada-based real estate debt fund, where he was responsible for more than $500 million of loans representing virtually all property types in states south of New Hampshire. Prior to that, he led a high-yield debt fund, in partnership with David Lichtenstein of The Lightstone Company.
