LMC Delivers 300-Unit MF Overlooking Scottsdale Quarter

LMC opened Vitri, a 300-unit contemporary mixed-use apartment community in the heart of Scottsdale. The mid-rise project also includes 38,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and overlooks Scottsdale Quarter at 15125 N. Scottsdale Rd.

The community includes Arizona’s only Amazon store, the popular Culinary Dropout restaurant, as well as The Yard, a bar and live music venue. The 28-acre Scottsdale Quarter includes an additional 80 retailers and restaurants.

Vitri offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a selection of upscale penthouse layouts. Amenities include an elevated pool deck with two hot tubs, steam and sauna rooms, a Skydeck lounge with panoramic views, a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center, wine lounge with private temperature-controlled lockers, pet grooming facilities and an executive work lounge with collaborative and private office space.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
