LIV to Enter San Antonio with Stone Oak Apartments

LIV Development, based in Birmingham, AL, is ready to enter the San Antonio market by building Stone Oak Apartments, a 298-unit, $35-million complex in the metro’s far north Stone Oak neighborhood. The project will be situated on 11.4 acres at 20915 Wilderness Oak, though at this time, the land for the proposed project has not yet been acquired. Nequette Architecture and Design is listed as the architect of record.

Stone Oak is a master-planned, deed-restricted, mixed-use development, situated north of Loop 1604.

LIV Development is a multifamily investor, developer and owner, primarily in the southeast United States, and owns properties in Austin and Round Rock, TX.
