Little Village Retail Fetches $18M

Quantum Real Estate Advisors recently brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail center located at 3045-3117 W. 26th St. in the West Side’s Little Village neighborhood. The 117,682-square-foot property sold for $17,500,000.

Chad Firsel, president of Quantum, represented the seller and purchaser in the transaction. The buyer is a private real estate investor based in Chicago, while the seller is a local acquisition and development company from Chicago’s suburbs.

“The buyer was able to acquire a strategic location within a very dense population,” said Firsel. “The retailers thrive in this location.”

He added, “The plans are unsure what the future holds for this acquirer—whether that be a redevelopment or not. However, there are not too many pieces of real estate this size in this location in an international city like Chicago.”

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
