Lionheart Capital Acquires Manassas Mall for $41M

Miami-based real estate development firm Lionheart Capital has acquired the Manassas Mall, a 930,662-square-foot mall in Manassas, VA. The sales price was $41 million.

Located at 8300 Sudley Rd., the mall has lost three major anchor tenants since 2013, Sears, Target and JC Penney. However, the mall is currently 93% occupied and generates more than $200 million in sales annually.

JLL brokered the sale on behalf of JPMorgan and an affiliate of Pyramid Management Group. Spinoso Real Estate Group has been tapped to manage the property.
