Lincoln Common’s Rental Towers See First Move-Ins
The first move-ins have begun setting up housekeeping at the Apartments at Lincoln Common, the rental apartment component of Hines and McCaffery Interest’s Lincoln Common mixed-use project. The twin 20-story towers on the site of the former Children’s Hospital in Lincoln Park contain 538 units between them.
“These amazing amenity-packed towers, combined with this dynamic neighborhood, will provide an unparalleled living experience in the heart of Chicago,” said McCaffery’s Carly Stevenson. Leasing for the apartments began in February.
Still to come at Lincoln Common are 100,000 square feet of retail space, a boutique office building, a 149-unit senior living facility and a 40-unit residential condominium midrise. The latter is expected to open in 2020.
