Lightstone Secures $26M Acquisition Loan for Charlotte Industrial Property

New York City-based privately held real estate company Lightstone has secured a $26 million acquisition loan for Lightstone Logistics Center, a newly constructed, 400,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial warehouse and distribution facility in Charlotte’s airport industrial submarket.

Completed in October of 2020, the facility features 70 dock doors, wide column spacing, 36-foot clear heights, 319 parking spaces and 72 trailer stalls. Power Distributors, a nationwide distribution firm, pre-leased half of the space. The property is situated on 35 acres at 7800 Tuskaseegee Rd.

Peter Rotchford, John Gavigan, Alex Staikos and Ryan Lieberman of JLL secured the financing on behalf of Lightstone through lender Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust.
