LightRX Enters Austin Area with Retail Lease
LightRX Face & Body debuted in the Austin area with a 1,032-square-foot retail lease at Village at Cedar Park, 700 E. Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park, TX. Weitzman’s Matt Epple, project leasing agent for Village at Cedar Park, represented the landlord. Gabriel Sanchez, also with Weitzman, was the tenant representative.
The face-and-body treatment center is planning more Austin locations, as well as additional spots throughout Texas. According to a Weitzman spokesperson, LightRX currently has a location in Houston, at 4541 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. in the Market at Crenshaw.
The company is seeking out 1,200- to 1,500-square foot spaces in all four Texas metros. In addition to Sanchez as LightRX’s Austin tenant representative, Weitzman’s Robin Barrow, Kyle Knight and James Grant are representing the tenant in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, respectively.
