Liberty’s Bensenville Spec Lands 1st Tenant

Vicostone USA has signed a lease for 54,776 square feet at Liberty Property Trust’s newly built 350 N. York Rd. in Bensenville, IL. It’s the first tenant signed at the 96,962-square-foot industrial property and brings occupancy to more than 55%.

The tenant is a manufacturer of engineered quartz slabs, headquartered in Hanoi. The Bensenville location will serve as its Midwest distribution center, and will also provide showroom space.

In committing to 350 N. York, Vicostone saw the spec property’s “efficiency, proximity and visibility to O’Hare,” said Liberty’s Neal Driscoll. “We are confident the balance of the building will lease up quickly.”

Liberty’s Matt Neumann and a Cushman & Wakefield team of Steve Stone and Eric Fisher represented ownership. NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy advised the tenant.
