Liberty Real Estate Secures Approval to Construct Salisbury Square Office Property
Liberty Real Estate Strategy LLC has secured plan approval and permits to construct Sail Lofts, a 10,000-square-foot office building in Salisbury Square.
The three-story project will consist of ground floor office space and a collaborative workspace on the upper floors. Sail Lofts will also include green space, bike parking and 24 off-street parking spaces. A 13-unit townhome project is also planned directly behind the Sail Lofts project.

It is an exciting opportunity to participate in the revitalization, reactivation and evolution of Salisbury Square,” said Rob Ciampitti and Charlie Palmisano, co-founders at Liberty Real Estate. “We are thrilled to be part of this dynamic momentum toward continued pedestrian, business and residential activation of the Square.”
