Lennar Plans 162-Unit MXU in Anaheim

Miami-based Lennar Corporation unveiled plans for a mixed-use residential and retail development in Anaheim, CA. The project will include 162 residential units, as well as 922 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

The vacant 7.1-acre site sits at Anaheim Boulevard and La Palma Avenue. The developer envisions a mix of 108 townhomes and 54 duplexes, as well as a recreation facility with a swimming pool and a spa.

The Palmilla townhomes are slated to be built out over six phases. The Brisa duplexes will be built in seven phases. Model homes are expected to open early this year, and the project will be developed in phases by 2021.
