Lennar Brings Multi-Gen Housing to Tucson

Lennar has opened its Eagles Summit community in Oro Valley, AZ, near Tucson, which officially launches its “Next-Gen – The Home Within a Home” floorplan in the area. The ‘Next-Gen’ floorplan is geared toward multigenerational families living under one roof.  Specifically, the houses include an attached suite with a private entrance, bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette, in addition to the main part of the house.

Eagles Summit is set within the 7,600-acre, master-planned Rancho Vistoso community. The five floorplans  range between 2,594 and 3,173 square feet, with up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
