Lee Illinois Handles Duo of Cook County Deals

Lee & Associates’ Illinois office recently closed a pair of industrial transactions in Cook County.

Jeff Janda, SIOR and Tim McCahill, principals of Lee Illinois, represented the owner, Realterm, on a lease for a 73-door truck terminal and drive-through truck maintenance facility at 4711 Lawndale Avenue in Lyons, IL.  Dan Leahy of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Jones Logistics, LLC.

In the second transaction, Lee Illinois’ Brad Simousek and Mike Plumb represented the seller in the $2.2-million sale of a 16,241-square-foot building at 9114 Waukegan Rd. in Morton Grove, IL. Ryan Kehoe, also with Lee  Illinois, represented the buyer, American Postal Infrastructure Partners.
