Lee Illinois Arranges Two Elgin Industrial Deals

Lee & Associates recently closed two industrial lease transactions totaling 202,750 square feet in Elgin, IL’s Northwest Corporate Park on behalf of owner Stockbridge Capital Group. EVP Steve Bass and principal John Sharpe of Lee’s Illinois office arranged both deals.

At 2414 Galvin Dr. (pictured), Giant Bicycle Inc. expanded its footprint by 50,000 square feet and renewed with a lease totaling 180,302 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Al Caruana and Britt Casey represented the tenant.

Caruana also represented Essentra Plastics in a long-term lease of 22,448 square feet at Stockbridge’s 2530 Vantage Dr.

“Northwest Corporate Park continues to be a preferred destination for distribution users seeking quality, high image buildings with outstanding access to I-90,” Bass said. “Expanding and renewing a longtime tenant, Giant Bicycle, and adding new tenant Essentra Plastics to their portfolio was a great way to finish up a stellar 2018 for Stockbridge and NWCP.”
