Lee IL Team Brokers 2nd Romeoville Deal in a Month

Lee & Associates Illinois has arranged the second lease in the past month at 101 Paragon Dr. in Romeoville, IL. The firm’s Terry Grapenthin, Jeff Galante and Ryan Earley represented owner Lakeview Realty Investors in the lease of 22,600 square feet to Chemtech Services, a manufacturer of high vacuum distillation equipment.

“Chemtech had multiple facilities in a neighboring city, one of which was no longer large enough,” Grapenthin said. “They had certain time constraints, so our spec office played a role in their decision, coupled with an upgrade to a core facility.”

Ryan Klink of Cushman & Wakefield represented Chemtech. In late April, the Lee Illinois team arranged a lease of 22,265 square feet to Xpedient Management Group, a full service 3PL provider.
