Lee IL Closes Trio of Industrial Leases

Lee & Associates closed three industrial leases totaling 95,799 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs. They included the following:
 
• EVP Nick Eboli and VP Andrew Block at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented owner DRA Advisors on a long-term lease of 51,277 square feet at 1674 Frontenac Rd. in Naperville. Michael Magliano of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, ASK Products, Inc.

• Eboli & Block, along with principal Walter Murphy, brokered a lease of 36,360 square feet at 1501-1505 Frontenac Rd. in Naperville. The Lee team represented the owner, while CBRE’s John Hamilton represented the tenant, D2K Traffic Safety, Inc., which was previously located elsewhere in Naperville.

• In West Chicago, EVP Jay Farnam represented the owner of 770 Hawthorne Lane on the lease of an 8,162-square-foot unit to tenant Pro-Safety. The tenant was represented by Mikus Kin of Be Commercial Realty.
