Lee IL Brings 3PL Provider to Romeoville

Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 22,265-square-foot industrial space located at 101 Paragon Dr. in Romeoville, IL. The firm’s Terry Grapenthin, Jeff Galante and Ryan Earley represented the property’s ownership, Lakeview Realty Investors.

Traci Payette and Stephanie Park of CBRE advised the tenant, Xpedient Management Group, a full-service 3PL provider. The Coppell, TX-based Xpedient has existing locations in Illinois, along with other regions of the U.S. and Canada.

“The transaction required a lot of the function that our building could provide, but most importantly, given its 3PL nature, a deal that required a certain budget,” said Grapenthin. “Lee & Lakeview were able to come up with and provide a creative structure to accommodate the budget concerns, and therefore struck a deal with the tenant.”
