Lee Houston Finalizes Industrial Deal on La Porte Freeway

Lee & Associates Houston recently arranged the sale of 8201 and 8211 La Porte Freeway, a 100,000-square-foot industrial property in Houston. Duma Land LLC sold the property to Ivest LP for an undisclosed sum.

Lee Houston’s Trey Erwin, Justin Tunnell and Justin Cole represented the seller. The buyer was advised by Jim Autenreith of Moody Rambin.

Split across a pair of two-story buildings, the property has about 43,000 square feet of office space, with 8201 La Porte Freeway offering an additional 2.3 acres of stabilized yard.

The land is fully fenced with an electric gate and provides easy accessibility with La Porte Freeway/SH-225 frontage. It’s in close proximity to I-610, several plants and refineries, and the Houston Ship Channel.

The property has 14 dock-high doors, three ramps and one recessed dock with cross-dock capabilities.
