Lee Appoints New Leader in Newport Beach, Grows Brokerage Team

Lee & Associates named Chris Coyte president and managing director of its Newport Beach, CA operations. It also expanded its brokerage team with the addition of Robert Goodmanson and Brad Schneider, who join from CBRE.

Coyte, a 28-year CRE veteran who has been with the company since 1989, replaces Steve Jehorek, who stepped down as president after 22 years, though he remains with the firm. Coyte’s experience includes investment sales, selling and leasing industrial buildings and build-to-suits.

Goodmanson brings more than 36 years to his new role at Lee, including 33 years with CBRE, focusing on industrial and flex properties. He’s represented more than 1,300 different landlords, buyers and tenants, encompassing more than $1 billion in transaction consideration.

Schneider began his CRE career in 2010, and worked with Goodmanson. He specializes in leasing and selling industrial and flex buildings in West Orange County and Santa Ana.
