Lee & Associates Tapped to Lease 180K-SF Industrial Property Near Atlanta Airport

Lee & Associates Atlanta office has been tapped to lease Rock Hill Distribution Center, a 180,300-square-foot industrial facility in Atlanta’s Airport submarket.

The facility is slated to break ground in November with a delivery date in the third quarter of 2021. When completed, the Class A facility will feature rear-loading configuration, 32-foot ceilings, 45 dock-high doors, 2 drive-in doors and 132 parking spots.

Mike Sutter and Rick Tumlin of Lee & Associates were tapped to lease the property on behalf of commercial real estate developer, Dayton Street Partners.
