Lee & Associates Expands into Canada
Lee & Associates has opened its first office outside the United States, by joining forces with the former DTZ Vancouver Real Estate Ltd.
The new office, operating under the name Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate (BC) Ltd., is headed by commercial real estate veteran Chris Anderson.
According to Lee & Associates CEO Jeffrey Rinkov, the new Vancouver office, at 475 W. Georgia St., is helping the company expand services in Canada and the Pacific Northwest region.
In addition to Anderson, primary partners in the Vancouver office include Bob Saunders, John McIntyre and Scott Primrose.
