Lee & Associates Atlanta Hires Taylor Wolfes as Head of Net Lease Sales
Lee & Associates has announced the hiring of Taylor Wolfes as Principal and head of Atlanta’s Net Lease Sales Group.
Wolfes brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience to the Lee Atlanta office. He specializes in the buying, selling, and recapitalization of properties throughout the United States and provides an array of services including disposition & acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market & demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation.
