Ledgewood Mall Transformed to The Shops at Ledgewood Commons

Bulldozers began tearing into the old Ledgewood Mall, preparing for construction of The Shops at Ledgewood Commons, a redesigned 450,000-square foot power center at Route 10 in Roxbury Township, NJ.

“The demolition of this antiquated mall is an important first step in our plan to transform this prime commercial property into a place where locals can eat, shop and gather,” said Peter Cocoziello, founder of Advance Realty, which partnered with DeBartolo Development to buy the the old mall and begin its redevelopment.

A modern, open-air shopping center, The Shops at Ledgewood Commons will offer a mix of anchor, junior anchor and pad site opportunities. Construction is expected to be complete in 2019.
