Leasing Begins at Caesura
Leasing has begun for the 123 new apartments at Caesura, a new rental tower at 280 Ashland Pl. in Brooklyn’s Cultural District, near Downtown Brooklyn.
“We have crafted this modern building to make it a thoughtful place to live where the living space extends beyond the apartment into the Caesura community,” said Jenny Wu, development manager for developer Jonathan Rose Companies.
The property includes a rooftop garden and a library of “common goods” for residents, including folding chairs and tables for card games, kitchen appliances, and even guitars and amps for the musically inclined.
Caesura includes a mix of affordable and market-rate apartments, and 34 furnished micro units smaller than 400 square feet. Market-rate rental prices start at $2,590 a month for furnished micro-unit apartments, $2,360 a month for unfurnished studios and rise to $4,795 a month for two-bedroom units.
