Leases Bring Parkway Tower to 99% Occupancy

Close to 6,000 square feet of leases were inked across two deals at Parkway Tower, 8445 Freeport Pkwy., in Irving, TX. The two leases brought the 81,056-square-foot tower to 99.2% occupied. Younger Partners’ Sean Dalton and Kathy Permenter represented the landlord, SMA Equities.

Sundt Construction Inc. signed for 4,029 square feet, and was represented by Transwestern’s Alex Bryant. Meanwhile, Redfin Corp., represented by CBRE’s Ryan Buchanan, leased 1,667 square feet.
