Lease Brings 454K-SF Eagle Park 20/35 to 100% Occupancy

Allied Stone Inc. leased 226,000 square feet of warehouse space at Eagle Park 20/35, a 454,408-square-foot facility in DeSoto, TX. This recent, long-term lease brings the building, located at 1240 E. Centre Park Blvd., to 100% occupancy.

Matt Dornak and Drew Feagin with Stream Realty Partners represented landlord Morgan Stanley in the transaction. According to Feagin, the South Dallas County property delivered in 2016, and the new tenant will use the space as a distribution hub to service homebuilders throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

“Allied Stone partnered with the DeSoto Economic Development Corp. to develop an incentive package that will create about 115 jobs for the area,” said Feagin.

“With Allied Stone’s main showroom and office located in northwest Dallas, the bulk of their products will come from the new distribution center, ”he added.
