Lease Brings 165K-SF Building to Full Occupancy

The Arlington Public Schools (APS) is expanding and extending its space at Sequoia Plaza Two, at 2110 Washington Blvd. The 79,892-square-foot expansion lease brought the 165,000-square-foot office building in Arlington, VA to 100% occupied. The space adds to the 61,234 square feet the district already occupies at the building.

Savills Studley’s Mark Roberts, Tim Foley and David Cornbrooks represented APS in the long-term transaction. Avison Young represented the landlord, Foulger-Pratt Development, Inc.

APS is planning to relocate the remainder of its employees from the Arlington Education Center at 1426 N. Quincy St. in early 2018. The Quincy Street site is being considered for school use, to help meet rising student enrollment.
