Law Firm WKPZ Relocates to Weslayan Tower

Granite Properties has signed law firm Weycer, Kaplan, Pulaski & Zuber, P.C. (WKPZ) to 16,768 square feet on the top floor of Weslayan Tower. The 20-story, 509,977 square foot Class-A office building just inside the 610 Loop will be WKPZ’s new Houston location after more than 40 years at 11 Greenway Plaza.
WKPZ was represented by EVP Kevin Kushner at CBRE. Granite was represented in-house by Jon Dutton, leasing manager and Steve West, senior director of leasing, Houston.

WKPZ chose Weslayan Tower for its accessibility and convenience and for the opportunity to build out a modern space. “We’re excited to welcome WKPZ to Weslayan Tower,” said Scott Martin, executive managing director at Granite.

He added, “Granite is updating the building to deliver a more human-centered workplace inclusive of hospitality-driven lobbies and outdoor workspace. We’re thrilled that WKPZ recognizes the benefits of our customer-centric offerings.”
