Law Firm Stays Put in Downtown Houston
Porter Hedges LLP has opted to remain in its downtown digs, renewing its 105,026-square-foot lease at 1000 Main in Houston. CBRE’s Charles Gordon, Brandon Clarke, Paul Penland and Ryan Roth represented Porter Hedges in lease negotiations with the landlord, 1000 Main LLC, which was represented by Wade Bowlin with PM Realty Group.
1000 Main is an 837,161-square-foot, Class A office tower located in the heart of Houston’s Central Business District. Other notable tenants in the building include Shell, Sanchez Energy, UBS, and NRG Energy.
“After a thorough evaluation of their needs and how they could continue to best serve their clients, they determined that staying downtown would suit them best and from there, our team worked with the landlord to structure a lease that met the interests of all parties involved,” Gordon said.
