Law Firm Signs 112K-SF Renewal at Sapir’s 260 Madison
The Sapir Organization signed a 12-year, 112,000 square foot lease renewal at 260 Madison Ave. with McLaughlin & Stern LLP, a tenant at the 550,000-square-foot office tower since 1996. Sapir is working with affiliate SFM Construction to carry out an in-depth renovation of the law firm’s headquarters on floors 15-22.
“Our team was proud to work with McLaughlin & Stern to craft a plan for its headquarters that was not only built to suit, but that allowed the firm to continue its day- to-day work in place,” said Sapir COO Husein Sonara. “We consider it as a core responsibility to provide exactly that sort of end-to-end solution throughout our portfolio.”
Sonara and the Sapir team negotiated the renewal in-house. Avison Young’s Arthur J. Mirante II and Mike Gottlieb negotiated for McLaughlin & Stern.
