Law firm Re-Ups at 555 Fifth, Its Home Since 2006

Insurance law firm Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP has signed a five-year, 12,500-square-foot lease renewal at ATCO Properties & Management’s 555 Fifth Ave. The firm, which represents institutional and private clients in a wide range of insurance-related matters, has occupied a portion of the property’s eighth floor since 2006.

Jerry Suchman and John Walker of ATCO Brokerage Services represented the landlord in-house. No brokerage was identified for Nicoletti Gonson.

Located on the southeast corner of East 46th Street, 555 Fifth also is home to Harris Corporation, CW Financial Services, Global Excess Partners and Floyd Advisory, as well as retailer Barnes & Noble. Natural beauty and cosmetics retailer L’Occitane En Provence signed a 3,378-square-foot lease earlier this year to establish a new retail flagship store at the property.
