Law Firm DeCotiis Shifts Headquarters to Paramus

JLL has completed a new lease for DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin LLP at 61 S. Paramus Rd. in Paramus, NJ. The law firm signed an 11-year lease for approximately 42,000 square feet, and will relocate its headquarters from Glenpointe Centre West in Teaneck.

The tenant was represented by JLL’s Frank D. Recine and Nicolas DeCotiis. The property’s ownership, a joint venture of Onyx Equities and Garrison Investment Group, was represented by Onyx’s Adam Karafiol.

“DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin, a preeminent New Jersey-based law firm, went through a detailed internal evaluation in order to capture the partnership’s vision of the future direction of the firm,” said Recine.

“Recognizing the work environment is ever-evolving, the partners have continued to reinvest in the firm, and this large headquarters relocation demonstrates their commitment to their clients, partners and the state of New Jersey,” he added.
