Law Firm Cozen O’Connor Relocates to 3WTC

Cozen O’Connor signed a 15-year, 77,000 square-foot lease at Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center. The law firm will consolidate and relocate from 45 Broadway and 277 Park Ave. in late 2020.

“Bringing all of our New York attorneys into one office with space to continue to grow our presence was the priority for us in looking for new space in Manhattan,” said Vincent R. McGuinness, managing partner of Cozen O’Connor. “3WTC gave us that.”

He added that the firm would continue to maintain a Midtown conference space “with guest offices and staffed by Cozen O’Connor employees.”

Silverstein Properties’ Jeremy Moss and Camille McGratty led negotiations on behalf of the landlord, alongside a CBRE team of Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Adam Foster, Evan Haskell, Steve Eynon, David Caperna and Rob Hill. Avison Young’s Arthur J. Mirante II, Michael Gottlieb and Jennifer Ogden represented Cozen O’Connor.
