Las Ventanas Trades for $109M

Epoch Residential and its investment partner sold the mixed-use Las Ventanas in Boynton Beach, FL. ARA Newmark’s Avery Klann, Hampton Beebe, Johnathan Senn, Dick Donnellan and Marc deBaptiste represented the seller in the $109-million transaction to Pollack Shores Real Estate Group.

Las Ventanas, at 1351 S. Federal Hwy. is situated on 15 acres, and consists of 42,000 square feet of retail space and 494 units, which were approximately 93% occupied at the time of sale. The asset delivered in 2009, and consists of mid-rise, loft and townhome units, retail and restaurant space, and amenities including three pools, a fitness center and a community clubhouse.
