Largest Private Garden in NYC at One Manhattan Square

The luxury residential tower at One Manhattan Square will include 45,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space. That’s more than an acre of  the largest private outdoor gardens in New York City, designed by West 8 Urban Design and Landscape Architecture.

Extell Development, builder of the tower, has released a movie featuring West 8’s Ariann Geuze, detailing the garden and its attractions, including topiary gardens accessed via a sumac meander, along with romantic fire pits, an adult tree house, a tea pavilion and a stargazing observatory.

Prices for the condominiums at One Manhattan Square start at $1.17 million, with an anticipated 20-year tax abatement.
