Laredo’s Shoppes at Winfield Add More Tenants

Killam Development, owner of Shoppes at Winfield in Laredo, TX, added three more tenants to its roster. Deals were inked with Davenport Dental Group, Smile Shoppe, and Luxury Nails.

Shoppes at Winfield, at 3510 E. Del Mar Blvd., is a 38,000-square-foot center geared toward boutique shops, dining, and service-oriented businesses. Killam Development, based in Laredo, is looking for tenants interested in space from 1,200 square feet to 8,000 square feet.
