Lang Partners Breaks Ground on The Cooper

Lang Partners commenced construction on The Cooper, a $65-million, 390-unit, multifamily complex in Fort Worth. The Cooper is Lang Partners’ largest development to date, and is scheduled for completion by August 2020.

The property at 1001 W. Rosedale St. will also be the largest of its kind in Fort Worth’s Near Southside District, which is situated just south of the CBD. The Cooper will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments, lofts and townhomes, with floor plans ranging from 600 to 1,810 square feet. Monthly rents will be priced from $1,200 to $4,000.

Amenities will include a resort-style, zero-edge pool with lounging shelf, sundeck and private cabanas, outdoor grilling and lounge stations with fire pits, a yoga studio and fitness center, pet park with a “paw spa,” and large co-working spaces with multiple meeting and conference rooms. KWA Construction is the general contractor, and GFF is the architect.
